Hired a solid spa for my 30th Birthday and wow what an amazing week we had. Arrived and set up Wednesday, ready to use Thursday. Fantastic spa, powerful jets and service second to none. Fantastic communication. Even extended our tub hire by 5 days free of charge. Will definitely be hiring again.

This is the second time we've hired a bouncy castle from CK (plus we've had a couple of hot tubs previously). Excellent service and quality equipment as always, with really friendly team dropping off and collecting and great with the kids.

Fabulous company, really friendly and very accommodating. I hired the hot tub cinema for a week and it was fabulous. Will be using again.

It was my husbands 40th birthday and I had planned a surprise getaway to a lodge with a hot tub. Unfortunately due to lockdown this was cancelled. So I decided to bring the hot tub to us. I hired the weekend Spa Hot Tub Hire from CK Castles as they were recommended to me.

Everything was easy to book and communication throughout was great. Carl came on time to set everything up and we were able to use the hot tub the following day.

It was easy to use (temperature and bubbles) and our daughter loved the disco lights and music. The Bluetooth speaker was picked up immediately by my phone so playing music was very simple. The hot tub was clean, spacious and the gazebo was large and secure. We loved it.

Carl then came on the Monday to clear it all away. Again, on time and completed very efficiently.

I can’t recommend CK Castles Spa Hot Tub Hire enough. Such a great price for a weekend of fun and relaxation. We have already recommended them to loads of people and we will definitely order again soon. Thanks for making my husbands 40th.

The best company for what it hires. Fast reliable CLEAN and worth every penny . Carl is a delight to hire from for any occasion. Is straight with you for a call out if there seems to be a problem which there was not !! But the poor man does not stop, 8.30pm.to supply ours then straight out to see to another. You will not be disappointed in his products,prices or customer service

Brilliant way to mix up lockdown. Delivered Thursday, hot enough Friday morning and used it all weekend. Highly recommend! Will do again in future

Brilliant New Year Hot Tub hire. Good value for money.
Everything we needed was provided and Carl was on hand to answer a question over the phone. The lights really added to the ambiance, especially when I added a few twinkle fairy lights of our own.
I couldn’t believe how quickly the whole this was set up and ready to go. It did take a disappointingly long time to heat up, but that’s entirely down to my impatience and the freezing temperatures. It needed over 24hrs to come up to temp, so I’m glad we had it for the extra few days. We had similar issues when the kids reduced the water level with splashing, and we had to top it up with cold water. We couldn’t use for the rest of the day. We realised too late that closing the tent would have helped.
All in all, I’d highly recommend and we’ll be doing it again. Thank you CK Castles 🙂

We had a lovely visit from Santa Micky for Christmas. CK accommodated my daughter as well with her present. Would recommend.

Hired for my daughter's 15th birthday party and highly recommended. A number of changes were made to my delivery time and although this did not inconvenience me, CK actually delivered a larger hot tub than the one I'd ordered to apologise. Hot tub was great, clear instructions re filter and chemicals, gazebo kept out howling wind and disco ball speaker was a nice touch. Thur-Mon hire meant we all got to have a soak. Excellent service. Thank you.

Brilliant!!!! Hired santa mickey visit for a surprise for our 5 and 3 year old girls for Christmas and they loved it. They are still talking about it now! Their faces lit up when they answered the door and they loved dancing in our living room with mickey and santa. Thank you so much for helping us make a magical Christmas! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous, can’t recommend enough .The kids enjoyed it so much really made the Xmas proceedings start off with lots of fun. No rushing in and out , took their time with the kids and put them at ease. Can’t praise them enough both mickey and his little helper were great 👍

Hired the hot tub for my Husbands birthday weekend. Absolutely thrilled with the whole experience, Hot tub, lights, Bluetooth speaker and waterproof gazebo (which we very much needed). Carl and his team delivered and collected the hot tub at the times requested with no fuss and the whole installation took less than 30 mins. We were all really impressed with the attitude and helpfulness of this company and the professionalism shone through. Thank you Carl and team for making our birthday weekend AMAZING! We will most definitely use this company again and would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to hire a hot tub with ALL the extras :)

Great service and fantastic product...we all had such a great time with the hot tub. It was delivered ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise and worked exactly as we expected it too. It was such a wonderful surprise for our daughters birthday. It was set up really quickly and the chap that set it up was lovely. Full instructions given and really easy to use. We will definitely use them again. Great value for money.

We used CK Castles the weekend of the 20th October for my daughter's 18th birthday party & hired a hot tub. The service & product were both fantastic. We had to ring during the weekend as we had a problem with the 72 hour reset, but we were helped immediately. I loved using the hot tub & would definitely recommend using this company again. Fantastic.

Had a party with around 20 children. They all loved it and had a great time! While the kids were eating the adults got to have a go and we all thought it was great fun! 2 hours and no one got bored. Would 100% recommend to everyone

CK castles did a great job for a party I held, they really went the extra mile to ensure everyone had fun and to accommodate people's needs, all the kids had a great time and we got to experience 2 different bouncy castles, both really cool and great fun for adults and kids!
